In August 2007, Meditech Health Services received Certification for Health Care Staffing Services from The Joint Commission. This certification acknowledges our commitment to providing and continuously improving quality services.

Twenty Years and Counting

This year marks our twentieth anniversary as MEDITECH Health Services, Inc., the personal touch professionals. In 1987 Sharon Bick, RN founded MEDITECH Health Services, Inc.

MEDITECH offered a wide range of services, such as, temporary nursing and licensed home care services, to local area hospitals and the communities of Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

In 1991 it became obvious to Sharon that there was and additional need to assist patients and their families. So MEDITECH was founded as a Licensed Certified Home Health Care Agency.

MEDITECH has always been on the cutting edge of technology. We were the first in the Ventura area to offer Telehealth monitoring and medication compliance technology to our community.

Now, with twenty years of providing excellent health care services we still take pride in our professional staff as they exemplify our mission and provide that “personal touch” with whom they contact.

Meditech will be presenting a Fall Prevention Program for senior residents of Camarillo. This program will provide home assessment and community education.
